The letter B on the abbreviation could be a number 8
I searched the net but couldn't find anything
I assume it's an eeprom

ATMLH = Atmel EEPROM
0 = Year 2020
12 = Week 12
02B = Truncation code for device

Thus you are looking for AT24C02B.
