Proton BASIC Community

I downloaded Dompie's SSD1306 and it refused to compile throwing the error:
Duplicate label ("FSR0H" or redefining symbol that cannot be redefined)

But I know I've used his project previously without issue.

So, I span up a clean windows 7 VM and installed just the base version of Positron, and it compiled fine.
Then I started applying the Positron updates.
Once I applied "Positron Corrections Update 4.0.1.3-1.1.0.6.exe" the compile started failing.

Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.
