how can we buy latest version which Countries like Turkiye that "Paypal"can not using ?

Unfortunately, I have no other means of getting funds, other that Paypal.

Ebay are crazy expensive to use, and they take, nearly, 13% of the final payment, then they take around 3% of it for their equivalent of Paypal. Not to mention the extra money taken by them for, so called, "buyer protection".
