The file is too large to post here and I do not have any dropbox etc to post them. The links work for 2 of us so not sure why you are having issues.
What are you seeing when you try to download?

I am not sure where that is coming from, do you get the same from the laptop.

I used Opera  browser VPN maybe internet is very slow I check after 1 Hour
