Have a look at the attached drawings (easier than trying to describe things) - check all the dimensions and either indicate what needs changing or, if you wish you can follow the earlier link and edit the design directly (it will only take a moment if anything needs changing). I added the chamfers as discussed so that, together with the resin, should be strong enough. Best to be sure about the LED diameter - its very easy to damage the print if you try to drill it out (better to do it right the first time but use a hot piece of metal rather than a drill if needed)

If you can indicate how many of each type you need I'd be happy to print them out for you. The prints will be very close to the drawing so best check that fairly carefully. It would be better to print more than you need in case any get broken.

Thanks so much Peter, unfortunately I have not had internet access for a few days so missed Your last post.  I may also be going away for a few weeks but nothing has been arranged yet.

The drawings look perfect.  The LED's are standard 5mm size but it might be better to make the holes slightly bigger.  I can then glue them into place so that the resin does not seep through before it sets.

I am thinking that initially I will need six of the simple one and three of the complex one.

I will PM my details but there is no hurry.

no Problem,I'm sitting next to a pool in Thailand now, beer in hand. I'll be back in the second week of March so we can pick it up then. I have plenty of 5 mm leds so I'll measure one of them and adjust to suit. Won't take long once I'm home.
