I've attached a few (dodgy) photos from a couple of early radio constructor magazines dated 1922 and 1925 (I think). I believe they belonged to my dad however we would only have been about 11 when these came out.  They even came with centrefolds!

Sadly my centrefold was the blue, fold out wiring diagram.  Yours is much more charming Ken.   Was that an advert for radios in a gentleman's magazine?

I must have been around 8 years old when I decided to rummage around in my Dad's bedroom chest of drawers. I found some very interesting stuff but no circuit diagrams!

I obtained the image from the front cover of the South Australian Group of the Historical Radio Society of Australia May/June 2008 newsletter. I believe the picture was from a 1920's German postcard.
