pic16f18345 cannot be programmed
Can I program pic16f18345 with pickit3 or mplab ICD2?

I've had no problems with PIC16F18325/PIC16F18326 and PICkit3.

It means either the PIC is not powered or the ICSP lines are incorrectly connected. Can you give more information about the circuit?
