Hello, I'm an intermittent user of proton but fancy another 'bash' ! So I have version 3.2.6.7 with a dongle but I was wondering if there was a later release available? Looks like I've missed out on a lot of action what with the new Positron? Cheers.

The last compiler versions per my records are 3.7.5.5 and 1.0.8.0.

Thanks for that - any idea where I can get a copy of that? Cheers.

If you are just playing around trying to get a feel for the basics and how to code, such as flashing LED's/reading ADC's then you will be OK.

But keep in mind that the majority of people here are using the latest (or latest but one or two) version and so it is possible that code posted in response to any questions/help you ask for may be incompatible with your older compiler as it contains newer commands/features. Also, the older versions could have errors that have subsequently been identified and corrected.
Consequently, I would be suggest upgrading to Positron if you can, the good news is that at £40 it is around a quarter of the price it was I first purchased Proton 10+ years ago.
