hi guys ,

I can help as much as I can in the programming and management of DWIN LCDs that I use in my devices such as "diode laser epilation, hydra facial skin care, regional slimming, permanent make-up, etc.

In my opinion, every the electronicist can/should use these LCDs to produce fast finishing, stylish visuals and impressive market products.

I am currently using these LCDs (for the device I am developing laser welding machine for jewelers) and I also sell these LCDs (with technical support service)

my favorite models is xxx41W(DMT80600T080_41W) digital video series ,I can get images from any usb camera immediately with a few simple programming steps
i also connect this screen to network with with built-in wifi module

I resigned from my position as the R&D manager of the boss "that known company", for which I made good money by doing these jobs... (in order not to serve the exploitative bosses who don't appreciate any more!

***With its rich product range from 2" to 21.5", it is possible to find products for every sector from the smallest tea-coffee machine to automation systems with PLC,
***Strong advantages of price and after-sales service policy.
***Product quality and durability (I have not seen a malfunctioning screen for 5 years) were not like this anyway, I think that DWIN screens would not be preferred in many devices in the industry.

*** It produces its own single core and dual core ASIC chips (T5, T5L, T5G)
***Being able to find LCD and LCM products
***Being able to find products with linux and android operating systems
***has a longer and stronger history
***Products with operating voltages from 3.3 v to 36 v
*** having products in high resolutions
*** product richness with built-in bluetooth and wi-fi module
***cloud computing
***40nm 32-bit RISC CPU platform
***single instruction 8051 core platform
***16 bit -24bit color
***built-in audio input and speaker output
***high capacity ram memory products
***HDMI interface display solution
***ultrathin no pcb board COF smart LCM
***Industrial-grade HMI IPS lCM
***Resistive /Capacitive touch dipslay
***analog hd (cvbc) and digital video series screens
***indoor /outdoor application support.
***DWINs FSK bus transmission

how to use DWIN LCD/LCM screen quick first step with DGUS/DGUSII development software

I may have a need for such a device. Is there any graphing functions. I'm looking at 13-14 channels

Technically, I don't fully understand what you're asking.
What kind of operation do you want to do?
Or maybe I should ask "what kind of device do you have plans to use it on?"
I will send you 2 catalogues..
How many inches of screen do you think, so let me send you the datasheets of the screen or screens in that size.

You can find other models from these 2 links.

Looking at the video you posted there is a PC prog to generate the UI. Often those programs have elements you can use. Like a dropdown box or scrolling numbers.

What I'm looking at developing is a Datalogger. Normally the UI is on a  PC connected by USB. I was thinking about a standalone unit but as the Logger has 13-14 channels you would need to graph them on the display. Hence my question on the UI side of the displays having graphing capabilities.

However since asking the question, I think it will be easier to just make a stand for a tablet and connect the tablet using the USB connection and write the program as an APP. Then over the years you not have to worry about parts you just use the latest tablet and the Logger can stay the same hardware. It will be be rather dumb.

ok i can see what you want better now,

-With the page scrolling feature, you can create a page for each channel and display it as curves (just like on android phones)

- Or you can use linux or android os lcds directly. (by developing an app on your own)

-You can send your data to a server using the built-in screens of dwin's wi-fi module and store it in the table there.

-Or you can keep it in the internal flash memory of the models with the most suitable price performance, or you can keep them on the sd card.

With sd card or wi-fi, you can draw the data you keep on a server or internal flash memory in the form of graphical curves on the screen.

depends on your imagination!!

a screen required for this + dgus or dgusII development software + your control card (circuit) with mcu
uart/ttl RX,TX for display and mcu card communication ..that's it.

I will try to find some sample application videos for you

I am starting to see this thread as "over the top" free advertising.

Remember, I gave my permission to place your LCD screens on the forum, if they were directly applicable to the compiler, but these are not IMO, and it is full advertisement.

So I ask the users on this forum for their opinions of the threads, before I make a judgement as to what to do.

Pepe

I believe that this forum is to help and learn everything regarding the development of hardware and software related to its Les compiler, I should advise against advertising equipment that has nothing to do with what is developed in it.

pjdenyer

I think that a web link to new devices which has raised interest with a user is fine, as then we can do further investigation if required, but this is blatent advertising. I agree with Pepe, I have used the positron complier to develope my own software, and when necessary, use this site for information and help. When I do post software it is based on Positron!!

CPR

Nice display. I could see a use for several of these in my projects. 8)

It's useful to hear about things like this, but I think that if it was allowed to advertise willy-nilly, then we would be inundated with adverts.

If this can easily be interfaced to a pic to provide a glossy ux with simplistic buttons and displays linked easily to variables then I'm listening. If not then it's not really suitable for this forum. There are plenty of electronics forums for general

RGV250

I wonder if the development software has a simulation mode and if so a demo PIC and HMI file would be a good idea to demonstrate its capabilities and how it can interface with Positron.

hello everyone, so far, no one has asked for help about the positron code that will control these lcds over uart....
i think everyone already knows and uses these lcds, no one needs support in coding with positron.
dear Les, do whatever you see fit, of course, you are the authorized one.

please provide the code for uart to control these screens, is it just a matter of selecting files to use for button backgrounds etc?

shantanu@india

Let's not get too myopic about what can be posted and what cannot be posted here. Dwin offers cheap and attractive displays which can be easily controlled by ttl level uart from any microcontroller. These can only accentuate the power of PIC's( and Positron!!)

I looked it up and it supports Modbus, any demo or user manual for Modbus configuration?

Thanks - Rox
