1 wire query on 26Q10

Has anyone tried Owrite / Oread on 18f26q10 and 18f26k22?
Using 3.7.3.6.

It doesn't seem to generate the correct waveform - this is the data segment of
OWrite DQ, 1, [$CC, $44]

you can see $CC and $44 in the waveform as fixed length bits - not as different length pulses...
