I use it regularly on the vintage and military net with my Geloso Transmitter !

Looking at images of the AR88 wireless sets, they look magnificent!

You cannot beat dials and knobs and analogue meters in a unit to give them that special feel around them. :-) And because they are still working after all of these years, shows that they were built with quality and pride. OK, they will have had a few valve (tube) replacements and possibly a few capacitors changed and anode resistors etc, but they are still with us and still working. :-)

That reminds me of a statement from Arkwright to Granville ("Open All Hours" TV program), where he says... "That brush has lasted me F-F-F-Fourteen years. It's only had th-th-three new heads and t-two new handles". LOL
