Includes not saved

As per the titles says, I encountered issues that when I make a change to an include file, when compiling, the include files is not saved, and a compile is done with `old' code.

I have to manually save all first and then compile. Had instances where I have to close Positron and reopen it.

Font formatting is not going through include files. After a restart sometimes, I got font formatting.
