QC3 and QC3 plus comms

Does anyone know of IC's or how to interface QC3 comms and run a VCP port using a FTDI or CP2102 USB IC.  I would like to set the voltage to 12V or more and attain USB comms as I need to boost it to 48V maintain good efficiency and keep away from the duty cycle limitations.

I know you can manipulate the voltages on the D+ & D- and there is a lot of info on this but none show comms + QC3.
