Hi all,

Ive just moved one of my Positron compilers to a new pc & installed what I think was the latest update (Positron Corrections Update 4.0.3.5-1.1.1.6). When I open the compiler and click on 'About', it states Proton Ide version 2.0.3.3. Is this correct?

Hi John,
What you need to do is compile any old program and then look at the ASM wth F2. That should show the version and you name it is registered to.

Thanks Bob, that worked. It would be useful if the 'About' window updated to indicate this. When i first installed Positron on my old machine and opened it, it appeared that i was still using Proton although i could compile without the dreaded dongle.

Hi,
It is due to the old IDE not being written by Les so he cannot update it. If you use Positron Studio I think that does show it.

Thanks Bob,
I have also installed Positron Studio which as you suggested shows the compiler's version details.
