The CLC Designer Tool is from the Swordfish folks, and can be gotten from

That version is a bit more up to date, at least for PIC18 devices. There's also a simple simulator available.

The PPS Wizard is based on the same files as the GCW PPS Tool and I have done much of my testing against that tool.  The main difference is that I recognise and render different pin outlines and I have also extracted the 16bit files but have yet to decode the sufficiently to generate PPS code for them.
