1) Fix company names in files "Exe"

2) Change file extension to lowercase in a folder "c:\Program Files (x86)\ProtonIDE\PDS\Includes\PPI\" because I'm working on making the VSCode IDE extension work on Linux systems, and there the file system is case-sensitive.

3) The patch installer copies the "c30_device.info" file to the root of drive D: or sometimes to the root of drive C:
