Unable to download latest update from Google Drive

are you able to download the latest update?

I am getting an error from Google Drive when I click "Download Anyway".

It is the same with me but if you continue to keep accepting all the warning options you will eventually get it

It's not that I get a warning that I can ignore, it simply gives me "The page isn't redirecting properly".
