Hello,
I ask a question on a topic already discussed several times, but maybe it's my fault that I'm too hard to understand.
Unfortunately I had to reinstall a machine without having the old one backed up, what do I need to reinstall to have an updated and working machine?
On the pc I have all the updates, from 3.7.5.5, working with HW key, to 4.0.0.0 provided by Les when I got the new license,
then I have all the other updates up to 4.0.1.2.
What do I need to reinstall to install the new machine?

Thanks

Do you have a downloaded personalised version of Positron? If yes just install that and the last update.

In fact it is the first thing I thought of doing,
but if I try to compile any program it gives me this error:

RGV250

Hi,
Have you tried installing 3.7.5.5 and the dongle driver first and then 4.0.0.0?

Bob

yes, same thing

For me, the installation isn't correct, it looks like the compiler can't find anything. I would uninstall and delete everything and then try it again.

I solved it, I don't know how but I solved it.
I uninstalled everything and deleted the ProtonIDE directory, then I installed Proton 3.7.5.5
then Positron 4.0.0.0 and finally the latest update 4.0.1.2 and now everything seems to work.
Yesterday I had already done the same procedure but maybe something was wrong.

Thank you all
