Nokia 3310 GLCD Driver.

The zip file below contains the code to drive a Nokia 3310 GLCD. The code is not my own but it belongs to Gabriel-Florin Mihaila and the IP rights are his. In the past he gave me permission to modify his code so it would run on  the newer versions of Proton. I've modified it once more so it now compiles with version 3.7.5.5 of Proton. Code tested using a 18F25K22. Hopefully this will be of use to someone.
