EEPROM at 1Mhz ~ 3.4Mhz

is possible to run an 24FC512/1025 EEPROM at 1Mhz.

Datasheet says Yes.

My understanding in Positron I use  Declare I2C_Slow_Bus OFF/On ' 400Khz / 100Khz

what about 1Mhz

I don't know about the software I2C how fast it is but with hardware I2C it's not a problem.
