Library for the PCA9535 IO-Expander

It is a software library for the PCA9535 expander. All the Procedures are described to carry out all the possible functions: write to the ports by Bit, Byte or Word: Read the PORTA & PORTB or PORT(A+B). The library is also prepared to work with interrupts from the expander in the format described in the demo.

I update the library of the IO-Expander PCA9535
I fixed an error in the command PCA9535_ReadConfig().
I have added new procedures and modified some meta macros to look like procedures.
