I calculate %2.12 baudrate error at 115200 with 8MHZ osc
is it possible lower error at 8MHZ?

I've tried EUSART Calc and get the same result.
At that low OSC speed I don't think you have any better option.

If you are using the internal oscillator why not go for 16MHz or even higher to get a lower Baud error?

Hmm, I got 0.22% error using the formulas in the datasheet for 16-bit/Asynchronous mode!

Scratch that, I'm one decimal off in the percentage  :)

slip a digit somewhere there?

I get 2.12% with Fosc=8MHz and 16-bit BRG (/16)

If the counterpart can be set a custom baud rate, I'd set that at 100`000.
