Name clashes ?

Hello forum,
I don't have a clear idea where to post this...

In one of my nights dark, I got a bright thought :

The compiler should prohibit the use of label and names starting by two underscores, then the compiler would be less bothered by clashes between the source and compiler names. Then the compiler has a freedom to use such naming style.

__this_name          >> rejected for labels and names !!

I'd like to ask what is your opinion or impact to the earlier sources.
