Suggestion for the "search" for the IDE

Sometimes I wish the search tool in the IDE could look to the entire code at once including the inc files which belong to the project. When a code is reviewed after a long time plus pretty large, you tend to loose where things are you have to search each inc file which may be laborious. Maybe one search will for the local page or tab and one will be global. Maybe easy to say and too complicate to achieve.

In a less fashionable manner there are tools for searching text on entire folder. For Linux there's grep, for Windows it should be findstr. These command are used in command line interface (CLI)  ;D
Probably, this breaks a bit outside an IDE scope.
