I have been Hunting all over the Internet for a relatively small Display to use on a Battery operated Project which uses very little current. I have come across the "Adafruit SHARP Memory Display Breakout - 1.3" 168x144 Monochrome", they claim that it Draws 4uA @ 3.3V. My question is has anyone used this display and is it an good or does anyone have any better suggestions on a small monochrome sunlight readable Ultra Low power Display?
All feedback is very much appreciated!

The displays with the lowest consumption are e-paper,
it depends on how fast you want to change the data on the display.

Hi Mapo that's the problem I need to print two readings every second. What I have read up on the e Paper is that it uses more current to update (Refresh) the display and therefore negates its saving if this is done frequently, this is the reason i have been researching Mono displays. I did find a beautiful E-paper display 1.54 inch 200x200 dot matrix e ink display high rate refresh, GDEY0154D67. https://www.good-display.com/product/388.html

The Problem what I can see is the refresh Rate which takes up to 2 Seconds, I do see that there is a partial refresh rate which only takes 0.26 seconds which would work perfectly but, I am not sure if it will see the Digit reading changes as a full or partial refresh?

Aside from only activating to read the  the fastest and lowest power must be lcd like calculators and watch displays.

Mapo

True, in the past I have used LCD displays (calculator type) with the pic 16F946,
the consumption is really low but you are tied to the segments of the display

JonW

These displays are only 1 - 2ma.  You could cycle the display on/off to save more power.

Hi JonW and Mapo these STN LCD Displays from AV-Display would be brilliant but, to get sense from them on a Friday afternoon is difficult? I know they make a very neat 1" Calculator Type Display as you mentioned which can do Digits and Graphic Characters something like in the link below.
