Internal oscillator 4 MHz PWM frequency below 145 Hz

By setting the internal oscillator to 4MHz. The minimum frequency of the manual HPWM is 145 Hz. Instead setting
HPWM 1,127,100 a frequency of 100Hz is also generated 50% Duty+.
Tried the command with a 12f1822

According to the datasheets the minimum frequency in hardware PWM is 122 Hz @8MHz, corresponding to 61 Hz at 4MHz. Thus 100 Hz is achievable.
