Hi,

I don't know if it's the first or there are already some more, but I'd bet it won't be the last.
A PIC32 with an ARM M4 core: PIC32CX-BZ2

https://www.microchip.com/en-us/products/wireless-connectivity/bluetooth-low-energy/pic32cx-bz2-family

The price for such a powerful chip is not bad either.

<rant> Well I'm sure they will make useful (i.e. thousands) quantities of the chip at some point, but I and my customers spend quite a lot of time trying to get existing Microchip parts so that makes me cautious about any new ones that even Microchip Direct don't yet have in stock. </rant>

Looks like Microchip are scared of the Espressif ESP32, which is an absolutely AWESEOME device for module development. It has dual cores capable of operating at 240MHz, it is 32bit, one core runs a WiFi stack and only requires data sent to it. Check it out!
