32 Mbit EEPROM new developments

It has been a while since I've checked new EEPROM chips on the market but I have been pleasantly surprised to see 32 Mbit EEPROM with 2ms page/byte program times and 500k endurance for $1.5 end-market price.

Was afraid to so only page writes, buttt still bytes write supported. That's nice !

That looks an impressive 4 mega-byte device, and fast.

A FAT16 would probably work well on it, or a FAT12 because it would be smaller, and faster to operate.
