Can't Find compiler error

I have tried installing compiler and Positron Studio IDE in several different ways.  Help identifies the correct version of the compiler, but complains it doesn't exist when I try to compile.  See image.

It looks like a virus checker is giving a "false hit" with its best guess mechanism, and it has removed the "Loader.exe" file.

I have sent you a link in an email Lee, and as I stated in the email, "do not trust anti-virus programs 100%" because they are now "not" very reliable and work on "best guess" mechanisms that, sometimes, destroy fully legit programs on a machine.
