MCP3421 smd marking

I have an SMD MCP3421 6 pins the inscription on it it is just CD13. The spec sheet indicates an address A3(001) is that the address of the chip? I have attached a picture of the spec.

The way I see it is address %x1101011

Where x is the Read/Write bit

1101 is the basic chip no and the 011 is the unique no as indicated by the marking CD..

It looks like the I2c address is 0xD6 or b1101011x where x is r/wr

From data sheet... "The device code for the MCP3421 device is 1101. The
address bits (A2, A1, A0) are pre-programmed at the
factory"
