is "Declare LCD_Type = 0 " becoming obsolete ?

Declare LCD_Type = Alpha (or 0) is in the latest version of the manual page 274

I know
but LES recently posted demo's with "LCD_Type = Alphanumeric "
so there are 3 different declares for the same thing
that may be get confusing for brginners

I added "Alphanumeric", just os an off-chance, and the texts represent the value of 0. I think it also accepts "Hitachi" for an alphanumeric LCD.

I'll add to the manual when I get the time.
