Positron Studio in Downloads.

Could you possibly remove the Positron Studio entry in the downloads section or replace it with a message directing the user to the Positron Studio website if that is possible.

I have a sticky topic at the top of the Positron Studio. I had intended it to be the topic which I use to update Positron Studio and I didn't expect it to be used by all as a discussion area.  Is it possible to set up a new Sticky topic to which only myself or another moderator has access. I would like to encourage users to raise issues as separate Topics so it's easier to keep track.
