For donations go to the IDE Help menu, Click on Donations and select Studio (John Barrat) and if that does not work PM John.
As for the setup, I assuming you mean folders and syntax colour highlighting, I could be wrong but I think you just need to copy the C:\Program Data\Positron Studio folder on one machine to the other, but the Program Data folder is a hidden folder by default you you will have to enable show hidden items first, in the file explorer View menu select show and then hidden items.

If you do a fresh install of Positron Studio on your new/other computer you only need to copy the Ini files C:\Program Data|Positron Studio\ from your existing machine. Bear in mind that the file lists and recently opened files will not necessarily be correct to the new PC.  If you don't mind messing with the Ini file and only want to copy your highlighter preferences then you can copy across just the highligher settings from you old Ini to the new in file.  There is an export/import Highlighter on the Highlighter page of Options but I have not tried it for some time now so cannot guarrantte their reliability.
