16F18323 SPI MASTER MODE HALF-DUPLEX EXAMPLE

After constructive comments from Les regarding the SPI function, my first SPI Master Mode half-duplex example using a PIC16F18323 worked OK.  As noted on the attached PNG file, the RED trace is SCK @ 100 KHz, the GREEN trace is SDO and the BLUE trace shows an LED logic level change which indicates the completion of a one-byte transmission.
