New Recent Topics System

Hello,

The new latest topics system, now active on the homepage, features pagination and live update capabilities. You can view the last 100 posts and see new topics and messages without refreshing the page.

It checks for new messages and topics every 20 seconds (for logged-in users). Even if you're on page 2, 3, etc. of the latest topics list, new topics will appear at the top of the list.
