Hi All,
This seems to be great offering with such powerful features....12bit ADC , 12bit DAC , 144MHz /32 bit , floating point engine , USB 2.0 , Ethernet etc.
Have any oned sampled it ?

I have looked at them; they are pretty good for the money, USB and a MAC and PHY and similar to the ST32 F4 series.  It's like anything, though, that price isn't always the driver, and most will opt for the ST32 for the toolchain, supply, support, reliability etc.  I developed a product with a smaller CHV32003, and their Chinese FAE helped us out too. It's been running in volume for a few years with no issues.
