As a long-time user of Positron BASIC, I am also a long-time purchaser of PCBs from JLCPCB.  To minimize PCB shipping costs, I've generally elected to go with the China Post shipping option where PCBs are passed on to the US Postal Service after they clear customs.

However, for US customers, it looks like the process has changed.  Specifically, after clearing customs, PCBs are now sent to GOFO Express which is a legitimate, US-based last-mile delivery company.  Unfortunately, based on Google AI, GOFO Express  has an overwhelmingly negative reputation among consumers, with frequent reports of missing packages and poor customer service.

Same thing here in Canada, I currently use JLCPCB and they switched last mile delivery company about 3 times in the last 2 years as for the lastest company they use it's seem more reliable so far.

NextPCB (www.nextpcb.com) also is another PCB company I used in the past also but it's a bit more expensive but they have china post among other delivery company.

and the last one that I never use up to now is the PCBWAY also use china post air mail.

you can take a look at the last two.
