Project Manager Libraries not updated

As per the title,

I did some modification to an include file within a project, and I thought I would save it with a different name.

It pops up a window asking if I want to update the Project, and I said yes, and everything worked out as it should be, formatting of text worked etc...

However, after I restarted the IDE, font formatting within the .inc file was gone. I opened the window for Project Manager from the top right, and I found, that although PS asked if I wanted to update the file, the name in Libraries was still showing the old one.

Hence, I added manually the new saved file, and then removed the old one.

Nothing out of this world, but as first time it asks for update, it would be convenient to update the filename here as well.

I'll add it to my to-do list. It is a bit messy when you change the name of a file within project manager, I'll try and clean it up.
