Serial Monitor in Positron Studio

Hi,
I cannot see any Serial Communicator in Positron Studio similar to the old Proton IDE.
Very useful little utility.

I am not sure if you can have plug ins in studio but the serial communicator is a stand alone program which is located in
C:\Program Files (x86)\ProtonIDE\Plugin\SerialCom

You could try adding it as a tool. Select the Configure Tools option from the Tools menu.

I don't use that Serial Communicator, I like the extra configurability of Cool Term, where you can generate different config files for different projects which means much less messing about with settings as they then become preset, which is also handy for passing to a third party using the same program: https://freeware.the-meiers.org
