You know how frustrating Windows file explorer is when you search for a file on your PC and you often cannot find it and it is sooo slooow.

Try Everything.  It's free and it is lightning fast, and it list ALL the files and directories.
For instance if I search .ppi I immediately get a huge list of all the pics' PPI's as well as other .ppi's as well.

Per an Internet search, you can download it here: https://www.voidtools.com/

When you run it the first time, it will load the table of files from your hard drives. It takes a couple of minutes.  After that you can start searching for your files.
