Almost free PCB manufacturing and shipping

JLCPCB offers promotion, using the Global Standard Direct Line shipping option  - first 25 orders till the end of 2025, 5pcs 100x100 2-layer PCBs per order for 2$ and 2$ postage, that's 4USD including shipping

For Europe the shipping (by Air) and customs is a bit more expensive but it remains very cheap.
And also very fast, nowadays I receive my PCBs within a week!

WOW!  That's amazing!  I use JLC PCB all the time, but I didn't notice that reduced shipping charge.

I use PCBWay and have tried their Global Standard shipping option on occasion when I'm not in a hurry for boards and it is a lot cheaper than DHL.

If you think the manufacturing of the PCB is cheap, try letting them actually put the components on it too. Don't forget, they buy in qty's of 10K+ so the discounts are huge I priced up a board and for me to build it would be the effective cost of around £100 (parts, time, etc) from JLCPCB, fully built, tested and shipping £8 PER BOARD!! I was gobsmacked. Only proviso is that is an SMD board, TH board building is more expensive.

I've used the JLCPCB Global Standard Direct Line option for several years and it works great if you can wait 3+ weeks or so for your PCB order to arrive.  The total cost of PCBs and shipping for my last order was $4.28 USD.

Also, on one of many PCB orders, I made an error creating an oval shaped hole. To my surprise, JLCPCB contacted me via email to advise regarding the error and ask for clarification.  I submitted the correct oval hole dimensions via email and the order was processed with a one day delay. These guys are great.
