A Topic for IDEs Please

In the previous site we had a topic specifically for 3rd party IDEs, with a sub topic given to each IDE.  Specifically, ProtonIDE (Not really 3rd Party but was a place to add specific IDE comments), FineLineIDE and Positron Studio.  A sticky entry at the top of each should be included which the author can use for announcements.

At present these just appear in downloads user files and will get lost over time.

I think John wanted a category in the forum for IDEs with sub categories. It proved helpful in the old forum. It was for announcements and posts from users.
