HRSIn and Wait.

Not totally clear about the process but I had to have the serial input of the display micro waiting prior to any data being sent to it.  I know that sound obvious but I had thought that as long as the same data was there both before and after invoking the Wait/Time out command that it would pick up the "P" and time out if absent.
I've never had problems with Wait in a continuous string of data but this is my first use of a time out.
I'd welcome any explanations but mean while I need to catch up on a few days sleep.
