Chip shortages hitting Mchip pics

I can only assume that the worldwide chip shortages are to blame.

I cannot find the PIC18F46Q10-I/PT in stock in the big outlets in the UK eg Farnell, RS Comps, Digikey, Mouser etc. The sites talk about August before delivery.

Puts a hold on my manufacturing push.

I feel sorry for you, it can be a real pain. I looked at microchip direct and they don't even have a suggested functional replacement.

Its interesting the PIC18F46Q10-E/MP footprint version are available.

I might just change the PCB to suit
