Positron Studio 2 "Canvas" error

Hi John

When using the "Print" menu item,
I get an canvas error when cancelling the print job.

here's the steps

1: File Menu / Print
2: Click the Printer Properties Button
3: From the properties menu click OK & closing the Printer window
4: Select File Menu / Print again
5: Canvas error
6: Printer Preview Canvas is Blank
7: Closing Positron Studio 2
8: Memory Leak error

The memory leak reports will generally be the result of a error occurring in the program and the routines where the error occurred has not returned through its proper exit. 

The Print function has been a low priority as very few if any users make use of it and I haven't looked at the code for a long time.  It was made more complicated when themes where added, specifically dark theme does not print well and my attempt to cater for themes seems to have gone wrong in printing.

I will add it to my list of to do items.
