MCP23S17 SPI Connection

Hi All,

I have an interesting situation, PIC4550 SPI connected to MCP port expander, When powered up the processor is running the program but the port expander does nothing, However, if I connect my oscilloscope probe to the clock line it works properly.

Any Ideas??

Update - I have resolved the issue by re-wiring.
