New Microchip IC3 interface

The new PIC18-Q20 MCUs with IC3 enables interfaces with devices operating in multiple voltage domains!  Compared to I2C, I3C offers Internal level shifters, higher communication rates and lower power consumption, all while maintaining backward compatibility with legacy systems. Packages include 20 pin PDIP for easy breadboard development. 

New PIC's are usually supported by Positron sometime after the final product is out due to changes Microchip may make.
