Library TC74 Temperature Sensor

I have reviewed my library for the TC74 temperature sensor with Procedures. Two libraries are available with HBusOut/HBusIn and with Les's Positron Software_I2C.inc. This last one I have modified so that the pins and the delay are externally adjusted. The Software_I2C.inc library runs very well adjusting the delay for the 64Mhz Xtal.
