MCP3421 smd marking

I have an SMD MCP3421 6 pins the inscription on it it is just CD13. The spec sheet indicates an address A3(001) is that the address of the chip? I have attached a picture of the spec.

Hi Yves-
Yes- it's A3, but it's 011, not 001. Probably just a typo.  It's always frustrating trying to decode those markings. It gets even more difficult if the part is made by more than one maker, because each one has their own way of marking the parts. At least there is a marking on it, unlike ceramic capacitors.
