I need a thermocouple amplifire circuit using OP07 ic with cold junction compensation.

I would recommend you to use a PT100, so the internal ADC will be able to deal with.
Unfortunately these resistor are costlier than the usual thermocouple. If you want to spare for the PT100, then you may look the MAXIM ADC to get a linear sampling.
IMHO the thermocouple has a slow response to variations.

Actually sir, temperature goes upto 1000 degrees. So i think thermocouple is better than PT 100 and it's low cost also.

I used the MAX31855 with a K-type thermocouple.

To me the MAX31855 would be the path of least resistance.

Great finding, I see Fig. 3 has a viable solution for MCU. The source may need some fiddling to convert in basic.

I have to agree with Ken, and the MAX31855 boards are so cheap from China.
